"I was thirty-five when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2002. I was diagnosed within two hours and I had my mastectomy nine days later. I'm now part of a support group, as it's good to chat to people who have a positive attitude and prove there is life after breast cancer.
Taking part in wear it pink was another was of showing this. I took part last year with Debenhams and am planning an even bigger event this year."
